Customer service is of primary importance to Premier Golf. It is the cornerstone of our operations. Just ask any golfer in Seattle or the Seattle Parks Department about the difference in customer service before and after PGC took over the courses. We empower ALL of our staff to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.  We train the managers in the use of our financial and management information systems to insure customer service at the front counters is flawless. We work to identify and train those employees interested in giving outstanding customer service, and to shed those that are not. We empower team members at all levels with the authority to do what is necessary to satisfy the customer. During the off season, we implement our TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) program. Under this program, team members learn to work as a team to achieve customer service second to none.
